AGI KADAR was born in Budapest, Hungary. She participated in several sports from a young age, starting with swimming, gymnastics, and basketball. Then, as a teenager, she competed in fencing until she relocated to New York at the age of 20.

Starting a new life, she was too busy to participate in formal sports, so she started running outside. Eventually, that led to numerous road races from 5K races to full 26.2-mile marathons. She finished 14 marathons: 10 in New York City, 3 in Budapest and 1 in Boston. Agi also helped a number of disabled athletes finish the New York City Marathon as a guide.

Agi Kadar has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, working in the same gym for the last 16.

She has a degree in Exercise Science, Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and RPM (cycle instructor) Certification from Les Mills. She is a Metabolic Typing Advisor, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Functional Nutrition Practitioner, and has Lower Body Solution and Kickboxing Certificates.

She takes classes constantly and reads to keep up with the latest information so she can offer the best possible advice to her clients.

She is dedicated to coach her clients to gain better health, slow the aging process and reverse symptoms of chronic stress. She has helped people to achieve their health and fitness goals. Agi is passionate about educating, and getting people healthy and about motivating them to have a more functional and fulfilling life.

She always had a heart to help those who were scared and didnít think they could be successful in a fitness facility. Over the years, she led classes and small training groups to make it easier for those who didn't want to do it alone.

Agi's greatest reward is to see each one's transformation from a scared and intimated individual to a confident and proud member of the gym: achieving and exceeding their goals and greatly improving their lives along the way.

She is very excited to be able to combine her passions: training, coaching, helping people become healthier and happier, and writing about it.
